Salmon Pasta

using all the leftover food you can find

I bought some sushi (the kind with the fish on top. I don't know the name, if you must, sue me) but was not feeling the rice in it. So, I decided to make some pasta instead. Since I’d spent almost 10 Euros on that damn sushi, I was most def gonna get my money's worth one way or another. So I stripped the sushi of it's salmon and made myself some fish pasta with it.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Pasta (I generally eyeball it depending how hungry I am)

  • Salmon (I had a handful, you can have a 100g piece maybe? 🤷🏾‍♀️)

  • 1 onion

  • 1 shredded carrot

  • 1 or 2 eggs

  • 1 tea spoon of soy sauce

  • 1 tea spoon of salt

  • 1 table spoon of lemon juice

PREPARATION:

  1. Pan fry your onion until brown (while boiling your pasta in salt)

  2. Add carrots, salt, soy sauce, and lemon juice

  3. Add in your Salmon, cook until done

  4. Add eggs, scramble them and mix

  5. Add boiled pasta and mix until satisfied

Serve that ish with some pineapple juice (or whatever) and enjoy yourself! 😉😁
